Membership	Currently around 40, two of our newer members leaving on health grounds. A new member joining us in February. Membership list to be updated	PA. IG. MW
Selling Paintings	Artvark.com. Monitor progress  for 2/3 months to establish possible interest to SWAS members	PA/GM
Exhibitions	Fisherman’s Church booking confirmed for 6-8 Sept. Details for exhibiting to be agreed to give members sufficient notice. (This will be an annual event). Festival of Firsts exhibition 7/8 July in Community Centre or vacant retail premises. Outdoor workshop available for members to attend. Full details TBA	PA/GM
Xmas Party	Thanks to Chris and Jean for superb effort in  organising this popular occasion
Willaston Hall	Booked to April. Review popularity later	GM
Trips Out	As per programme Sketch trip to Castle Park TBA	GM.PA
Events Attendance	Need to try motivation of members not normally attending meetings. Ask Chris to help	MW
